Allow us to introduce ourselves:

Most people in Colorado’s high country weren’t born here; neither were we. Colorado seems to plant a seed in the heart of its visitors. Despite callings elsewhere, both of us could not deny the urge to live here. With natural wonders abound and seemingly endless ways to recreate, Colorado felt like a different country than our other states. Whatever the initial attraction, so much more lies in store as a full or part-time resident.

Matej Hodul: (Managing Broker)

After coming of age in Slovakia behind the Iron Curtain, Matej made Colorado home in 1995. Working as a master electrician across many property-types, he developed a keen eye for real estate opportunities in resort communities. To facilitate his own ventures as well as investment properties for associates, he became a Realtor in 2003. When not working to find your perfect home, Matej teaches skiing to private clients at Beaver Creek and works hands-on to renovate investment properties. He lives in Eagle-Vail with his wife and two daughters.

Chase Kojaian: (Associate Broker)

Following his studies at Vanderbilt University, Chase worked for the federal government in an investigative capacity and later lobbied for private sector interests in DC. Transacting with the District’s elite, there were many ‘wow’ moments, but something was missing: the closest mountain bike trail was 90 minutes away. Growing up near Detroit but skiing with Matej since youth, Colorado had infected Chase. He made the move in 2014 and became a Realtor in 2016. Matej and Chase then formed Elite Mountain Properties LLC, in the first of many ‘chairlift office meetings’. In addition to serving real estate clients, Chase manages property and works as a professional ski patrolman at Arapahoe Basin. He calls Summit Cove (Dillon) home.
